March 6, 2006 PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Discovery, Mastercard, and American Express. SALES TAX: NO sales tax will be added to any items being delivered outside of the state of Pennsylvania. NO sales tax will be added to clothing items being delivered within the state of Pennsylvania. 6% sales tax will be added to handbags and jewelry being delivered within the state of Pennsylvania. CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORIZATION: Your credit card will not be charged until your product is shipped. At the time of shipment your credit card will be charged for your purchase/s as well as for any applicable shipping charges. Your card has to be pre-approved before your order can be shipped. ORDER PROCESSING: Order fulfillment and credit card authorization will typically be completed within two days of order placement. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed prior to 2:00PM EST will begin processing that day. Orders received after 2:00PM EST will begin processing the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. COUPON CODES: Coupon codes are not applicable to sale items under any circumstances. Orders which have coupon codes applied to sale items will not be processed. Coupon codes are not applicable for international customers (all customers ordering through International Checkout). International Checkout orders will not be processed if coupon codes are applied. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: All SALE items are a FINAL SALE. All underwear, bathing suits, handbags, belts, shoes and accessories/jewelry are FINAL SALE and are therefore NOT RETURNABLE. If you are dissatisfied with your non-sale purchase, you may return it to mrcharlesshop.com for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the original ship date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In order to return an item: - Merchandise must be received by us within 14 days of the original shipping date. - Merchandise must be in its original condition with all original tags in place. - Items must be in their original packaging. - All returned items will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that they remain unworn. - Returns must be accompanied by the original store invoice. - Please indicate the reason for the return. - ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER, which you can receive by calling 1-888-our-style—the RA# must appear on the OUTSIDE of the BOX. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Because it is possible for items to be lost or damaged during shipment, we recommend you purchase insurance and proof of delivery for your items. mrcharlesshop.com is not responsible for any items that are either lost or damaged during return shipment. Simply click on the below International Checkout logo to place your international order. After clicking on the International Checkout logo you will land on their site. There you will be able to place your order for desired items and you will be able to view your shipping and handling fees before committing to your order. You will be billed by International Checkout. They will complete your order and ship your order to you. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: We use UPS for domestic deliveries. UPS Ground fees are for the continental Unites States only and do not include shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico (these costs will be calculated based on your exact shipping address and will be e-mailed to you for approval before your order is processed). We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.
